The aim of this workshop is to assist you, in becoming more at ease and at peace with who you are. Although it is designed with the spiritual-seeker in mind, anyone with issues or feelings of inadequacy, unworthiness, or a general lack of confidence, can attend.
At this workshop, you will learn what it means to accept yourself unconditionally and the importance of self-acceptance to inner-peace. You will also be enabled, through guidance to uncover the deep seated issues, which may have contributed to your lack of self-acceptance and introduced to ways of overcoming them.
Also, as a lack of self-acceptance is rooted in a sense of self that is flawed, you will be introduced to a broader perspective of the self. This will help in distilling the deep seated beliefs you currently hold about yourself, and enable you to begin the process of building a more supportive and compassionate self.
It is anticipated that at the end of this workshop, you will be more able to live an authentic life; a life that reflects you at all levels of your being and as such find peace within. Please join us on this journey of becoming.
