This is a monthly meditation group, set up to assist participants in the practice of sitting in stillness. There are two parts to this practice. The first part involves a process of enabling you, to let-go and settle into the stillness. The second part involves a process of abiding in the stillness for lengths of time. You will be guided throughout this process, so there is nothing to worry about. With continuous practice of this meditation, it is anticipated that you will begin to unfold the fullness of who you are.
As this practice involves the ability to sit still, let-go and abide in stillness for lengths of time, some experience of meditation would be beneficial.
