The practice of stillness is an essential part of any spiritual journey. If you are starting out on your spiritual journey, feel drawn to meditation as a spiritual path, or seek to open-up to your intuition, then is a course for you. On this course, you will learn, how to sit in silence and to explore what it means and feels like to be still. You will also learn techniques to assist you in letting-go and being at-peace in the stillness.
This is a 6 week course. It runs on Mondays (6.15pm – 7.15pm)
